
I don't care for those little egg custard tarlets everyone seems to love. Today I bought four of them for my boyfriend and I ended up eating half of them before I made it to Arguello to catch the 33 back home. The egg flavor was delicate, not that overpowering egg currdling taste I've experienced so many times. The crust was flaky without crumbling to pieces in my hand. The aftertaste was sweet and not rancid.

I love how it only takes one great experience and properly prepared food product to make you forget all the horrible previous encounters.
