Parked at Off The Grid with a long line, as the rest of the vendors. I danced from foot to foot impatiently and awaited my turn to try out Sweet Potato Tater Tots. Come on, who doesn't love a tot? And in sweet potato form, which I have never seen, gotta pop them in my mouth.
Totally disappointed in the texture. Sweet potato flavor definitely shined through on the forefront. But, it was not that crispy and delectable crunchy texture that you normally get with tots. Maybe if they rolled these bad puppies in some Panko it would be amazing. But, for now, they're just kind of...squishy. No one wants to think of squishy when they think of tater tots.
